Hill In the mix for Thruxton BTCC battle
Trade Price Cars Racing's Jake Hill will start round 7 of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship from 13th, confident of being in the mix for more points-scoring finishes.
Hill showed strong pace in both Free Practice sessions, taking 4th and 7th and feeling the car was working really well.
"We immediately had a good balance in the car, and I was confident of finding a little more speed for qualifying. We made a few changes for qualifying that weren't quite as good as we hoped, but I'm very confident that as with the opening race weekends, we will have a strong car on race day"
"It looks like we may have mixed weather so that will really shake things up! Whatever I have faith in my team that we will have a car that will do the job. So far in both race weekends we've have had two strong races and one disappointing one - the aim is to finish all three races in the points - I'm sure we can"
Hill will welcome guests from Aston Lark, ABGO, Danfoss, Smarttrams and will feature the Seaton Tramway logo on the front wings of his Audi S3, their first involvement in BTCC.
